Ready to reach out?
Contact WorkMatix
Tell us where your site stands and what you are trying to do. You will hear back from Julia, not a bot or a sales queue. If you are weighing which way to work together, say so and we will point you to the right fit, honestly, even if it is not us.

What happens after you reach out?
- A fit check, not a pitch. If WorkMatix is not the right fit, we will tell you and point you toward something that is.
- A clear next step. For consulting, that is a free 30-minute discovery and fit call. For coaching, training, or the toolkit, we point you to the right page.

Questions people ask before reaching out
A few things worth knowing before you send a message, so you know exactly what happens next.
How soon will I hear back?
You’ll usually hear back within one business day. Julia reads and answers every inquiry personally, so replies come from a person, not an autoresponder or a sales queue.
Is the discovery call free, and is it a sales pitch?
The discovery call is free, and it’s a fit check rather than a pitch. It runs about 30 minutes, and if WorkMatix isn’t the right fit for your situation, we’ll tell you and point you toward something that is.
Do I need to book a call to get started?
You don’t need a call to get started. A discovery call is the next step for consulting or coaching work, but if you want SEO training, or the SEO-nergy Toolkit, you can go straight to those pages and start without talking to anyone first.
Do you work with companies outside Minneapolis?
WorkMatix works with B2B clients across the U.S. and internationally. The practice is based in the Minneapolis metro area, most engagements run remotely, and in-person options are available in the Twin Cities when they’re useful.
Can I text instead of calling?
You can text as well as call the number shown in the form panel. Texting is often the fastest way to get a quick question answered, especially if you’re not sure whether your project is a fit.
What should I include in my message?
The most useful message names your website, what you’re trying to achieve, and any deadline you’re working toward. If a redesign or migration is already scheduled, mention the date, since timing changes what we’d recommend.
